- No Shows: 100% of Accommodation cost-plus one-way transfers.
- Early Departures: No Refunds.

- More than 30 days of the travel date: 20% of package cost.
- 30 to 21 days before the travel date: 30% of package cost.
- 20 to 15 days before the travel date: 50% of package cost.
- 14 to 10 days before the travel date: 70% of package cost.
- 10 days before the travel date:: 100% of package cost.
