  • Arrival in Almaty Up on landing, our guide will meet you at the airport holding a placard with your name for easy identification.

  • 10:30AM–Medeu Ice Skating Rink Stop by the world-famous Medeu Ice Skating Rink, surrounded by stunning mountains. Spend some time exploring the area, taking photos, or enjoying the fresh mountain air.
  • 11:30AM–Cable Car Ride to Shymbulak Take the cable car from Medeu to Shymbulak Ski Resort. The ride offers breath taking views of the mountains and the valley below.
  • At Shymbulak, you can: Enjoy the scenic surroundings and relax at one of the out door cafes. Take a second cable car up to the Talgar Pass (3,200 meters) for panoramic mountain views. In winter, you can try skiing, snow boarding, or sledding(rentals available). During summer, go hiking, or take a guided nature walk.

  • (Optional Shopping Stop) If interested, stop at Dostyk Plaza, one of Almaty’s popular shopping malls. Explore international and local brands, cafes, and entertainment options.

It’s a great spot to experience the local culture and sample traditional foods and spices. Explore the fresh produce, local delicacies, and handmade goods. You can also try some fresh fruit or snacks as you wander through the market.
  • 12:00p.m.–01:00p.m.:Rahat Chocolate Factory Head to Rahat Chocolate, a well-known local brand for sweets, chocolates, and desserts. You can purchase some treats or perhaps even take a brief tour of their facilities, depending on availability.
  • 01:30p.m. Lunchtime
  • After lunch, take a trip to Kok To be, a mountain hill that offers stunning views of Almaty and the surrounding area. You can reach Kok To be by cable car for a scenic ride or take a taxi. Once at the top, enjoy panoramic views of the city, take photos, and explore the various attractions, including the observation deck, the mini zoo, or even the Ferris wheel.
